How to send messages via gmail.com

Before setting up the process of sending messages via gmail.com, you have to enable access to the pop server at gmail.com website. Click here to learn how to do it.

  • In “Sender name” field, specify sender name.

Step 3:

  • In “Sender address” field, specify the address used to send the message, e.g. “sample@gmail.com”.

Step 4:

  • In “SMTP-server” field, specify “smtp.gmail.com” server.

Step 5:

  • In “port” field, specify “465” port.

Step 6:

  • In “Authentification” list, select “Login” line.

Step 7:

  • In “User name” field, enter the account login, usually it is the same as email address, otherwise specify “sample@gmail.com” in this field.

Step 8:

  • In “User password” field, enter the account password.

Step 9:

  • Enable “Use secure connection (SSL)” option.

Step 10:

  • Add images to the conversion list and press “Start” button.
