With the soon-to-be-released Image Converter Plus 8.0, it will be possible to view the most complete metadata, including EXIF and IPTC.
Alexandria, VA September 30, 2009 — With the soon-to-be-released Image Converter Plus 8.0, it will be possible to view the most complete metadata, including EXIF and IPTC.
Manufacturers of modern photo cameras add a significant amount of metainformation to photos, and they even allow users to add more information. Most of the time, however, this data (located in EXIF and IPTC fields) can only be viewed with special software.
“We believe that users should be able to view all information stored in their photos. We also think that complete support of EXIF and IPTC is a must-have feature for any professional image converter. That is why we are adding the ability to view all metadata available in photos in a forthcoming version of Image Converter Plus,” says Alex Gvozdev, the leading programmer for fCoder Group, Inc.
In the current version of Image Converter Plus, users can add data to all fields of EXIF and IPTC.
“This is something that we refer to as “a professional feature.” Users who just need to convert or resize images will be able to do so with single click with the help of our profiles, just like they do in the current version of Image Converter Plus. They can do this without having to change any advanced settings,” Mr. Gvozdev said.
Image Converter Plus 8.0 is planned for release later this year.
