Showing the dark side of the Moon

Photographs where certain elements seem too dark or too light cause frustration. Professional photographers are able to avoid such situations with proper lighting settings, while an average camera user will not always figure out how to set the correct settings. Sometimes there is extra shade that prevents a photographer from a good shot. Sometimes there is too much light. Whatever the case, the resulting image file does not look perfect and needs correction. Maximum effect of ImageConverter Plus broadens highlight parts of the image. Darker pixels will be replaced by lighter ones. Minimum effect will broaden shadowy areas of the image. Lighter pixels will be replaced by darker ones thus flattening the overall appearance of the image.
