Layers are one of the most powerful tools in photo editing. They are images or effects overlaid on top of one another. An example of a layer is an image layer, a text layer, or a shape. Some image formats like PSD or PSP support layers, while others like JPEG, BMP, PNG, and GIF cannot preserve layer information – they are flat image formats. ImageConverter Plus allows conversion in between those formats. Processing images containing image layers our software will merge all the layered images into a single final image. All the changes introduced in each separate layer will be merged into a single photo reflecting each layer’s changes.
