Avoid errors while transmitting JPEG files

Alongside with multiple image conversion and resize options
for practically everyone – even those people who do not have that much experience in image conversion, ImageConverter Plus offers something for the advanced users. Our advanced users can utilize our software to emit a restart marker after a specified number of MCU rows. MCUs, or Minimum Coded Units are the smallest group of image data coded in a JPEG bit stream. Restart markers in the JPEG data denote a point where the decoder should reset its state. To emit restart markers in the MCU rows set one of these nonzero. This option helps avoiding errors in the process of transmitting JPEG images over wireless channels. The nonzero point specified will determine when the transmission process will start over thus enabling the recipient to get and really see the image where an error occurred.
